Part 3: Present Impressions - BioPlague
What zones do you play now (or plan to when they are re-released)?
I really like the Mech Skirmish a lot. With the sandbag bunkers and concertina/barbed wire barricades, it just makes it all that much more for me. I started playing CTF2 with my father a little, and if you can find a team that tries a bit, you can have some really great games. CTF1 is of course what the squad concentrates on, and also a real game for serious Infantry players. I played all the other zones on occasion, though the holidays have cut back some of my time. I intend to stay up to date with all the zones as the game grows.

Which zone is/was your favourite? Why?
Out of all the zones I have ever played, WZA would be my favorite, because of the potential to build a semi-permanent safe spot in the midst of a most maddening chaos. The tanks were the best part for me, and no other zones really have compared to it. Right now Mech Skirm is my favorite, partly for the same reasons as far as vehicles, but also because of the difference in play when you include friendly-fire stoppage, and the new landscape Yankee has provided. That's the real beauty of the engine though, is the mutability of the maps.

What is your primary CTF class at the moment?
Heavy Weapons

How do you equip your primary CTF class?
-Suit Supercharger, Kevlite Combat Armor, IDF/PF Generator (depending on the situation)
-The biggest hitting weapon available (usually Recoiless Rifle, or Mortar)

What tactics or strategies do you use with your primary CTF class?
I will protect home base until I know that we have a solid defense, and offense is established. I try to find and eliminate any hardpoints (turrets) and assist in general fire-suppression.

Have you any advice for those who just began playing your primary CTF class?
To be a Heavy Weapons, you have to learn patience thats for sure. Other than that, we're pretty set, as we have the best weapons a soldier could have. Just pick what works best for you and your style, and help the team with support: that's what this class does the best.

What is the biggest change from the Infantry you first played and now?
The amount of players.

Do/Did you participate in any other Infantry-related matters? If so, in what capacity?
I am "WZA News" for Spec Freq, and "Heavy Weapons Guildmistress" *cracks whip* for NMEBase. And probably some other stuff I agreed to in a drunken stupor.

What is your most memorable experience in Infantry?
I had this funny idea once, that it would be cool to drop anvils from spec on the lame bullies that always hurt me. I told ljc that once, and a day or two later he started dropping 10-ton weights on people; I had to wash my underwear.

If you could change one thing about Infantry, what would it be?
That is a good question and hard to answer. I wish a lot of things, and I am really happy to see how Infantry has turned out. I do, however, wish that ljc were here more and if I could change anything, it would be that he could hang out with us a little more.

What would you rate Infantry on a scale of 1-100 right now?
Tough question. I would give it a critical 90, though I wanna say 100.
