~B~41.1 League Zone~B~2 - Any arena within the USL zone is under the supervision of the League Admin and Deputy League Admin.
General Infantry Moderators may help resolve any problems that are occurring in league zones or generally assist with
unofficial games being played in league zones. General Infantry Moderators must never involve themselves in any way in
official league matches unless specifically requested to do so by a League Admin for each occurrence of that involvement.
Where a conflict exists betweeen a General Infantry Moderator and a League Admin in a league zone, the League Admin shall
prevail.

~B~41.2 League Admins~B~2 - Are responsible for managing powered players who are powered in USL zones specifically for league
purposes. League Admins also decide which league zones/maps are active. League Admins are expected to execute their duties
with fairness and integrity, and to recuse themselves, where practical, from areas where there may be a conflict of interest.
League Admins are generally expected to manage in a cooperative and inclusive manner, ensuring that Squad Captains are
included in major decision making, where practical. League Admins are expected to manage in the interest of the league and
the players at all times. League Admins are supervised by the General Admins and Head Moderator of Infantry. Any perceived
abuse or mismanagement by a League Admin may be reported to a General Admin or Head Moderator of Infantry.

~B~41.3 League Staff~B~2 - Any league staff members who are below the rank of League Admin or Deputy League Admin are
supervised by the League Admins. Any perceived abuse or neglect by a league staff member may be reported to a League Admin.
If the issue persists, players may appeal the matter to a General Admin or Head Moderator of Infantry.

~B~41.4 League Arenas~B~2 - Any controlled games (squad battles, duels, etc.) are to be played in arenas that are not "Public"
arenas. Generally, in non-Public arenas, the initial Host is to be considered the manager of that arena. The Host may assign
grants to other players and designate a new Host. Any League Referee or General Infantry Moderator must cooperate with the
arena Host and have the consent of the Host for any actions they take. Where there exists an issue with a Host that's causing
disruption to games, a member of the USL Head Staff, a General Admin, or Head Moderator may intervene. Any arena that is
created for an official league match or other official league event shall be solely controlled by league staff. In exigent
circumstances, a member of the USL Head Staff may designate a trusted non-staff player to have grant in an official league
arena in order to ensure continuity in the event of critical absences.
