Part 1: Newbism - Crack Trooper
How did you learn about Infantry?
Um, I was actually *hacking* Silent Death at the time. I was about to be banned when I heard a conversation about a game that had better graphics than Silent Death and was similar to it. I found out the address downloaded Infantry.

When did you first play Infantry?
Infantry v.43 to v.47; at least that's what someone told me ;)

Your first alias was?
I started out as Chance373, I was a sniper, like any n00b starts out to get kills

Which zone did you play first?
I can't remember what I did in Alpha, but in early-Beta, I do recall the CTF with the Castillo Crossfire map when it had the SLR and the CAW was the most overpowered weapon ever.

What was your impression when you logged-in for the first time?
When I got in Infantry I was like, "What the hell..."

What were your first words in the chats?
"HOW TO SHOOT?"

What was your first class? How did you outfit him/her?
Basically I was a Sniper. Don't remember much about what I had on though...

How long did it take you to learn how to shoot? To strafe?
I'd never met a bigger bunch of assholes in my life: it took me 4 hours to learn to shoot; I didn't strafe for another 2 months.

Who was your first friend, and how did you meet him/her?
my *first* real friend in Infantry was Sckill, who actually taught me how to play and how to balance weapons with the Infantry class.

Who was your first enemy, and how did you meet him/her?
Two in fact: some guy named "wulf." and Black Magic later on. They both sniped me every other second.

When did you realize that Infantry was worth playing?
Very soon.

What else do you remember best of your first days?
SLR, moving MML.
